OUR MISSION

Seminary Baptist Church is a group of believers in Christ who want to follow His command to make disciples worldwide (Matthew 28:19-20). Our mission is to be a Family of Believers who are Real People, Loving Others, Sharing Jesus, and Building God's Kingdom. This motivates us to be genuine in our relationship with Christ and those around us. Each member is important, and we work together, guided by God and empowered by His Holy Spirit to make disciples globally. We are a self-governing church connected to the Southern Baptist Convention, the Mississippi Baptist Convention Board, and the Covington/Jeff Davis Baptist Association.
